• Clearance, customized, worn, altered, or resized items can’t be returned.

You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs, which aren’t refundable. Once I receive your piece, I’ll process your refund within 4-5 days or arrange an exchange (this may take up to 10 days if the item needs to be created).

• Sterling Silver: Use a non-abrasive silver polishing cloth to remove tarnish. Avoid dip cleaners on pearls or gemstones.

• Vermeil: Store separately in a soft pouch to avoid scratches. Avoid chlorine and clean with a soft cloth using mild soap or jewelry cleanser.

• Bronze: Polish tarnished bronze with a polishing cloth. Follow the “Last on, First off” rule for better longevity.
