Want to personalize your necklace? Add a CZ charm, available in your choice of gold-filled or sterling silver.

Note: Necklaces do not come with CZ charms. Charms can be added in Sterling or Gold Filled.

I carefully process your orders within 1-3 business days to ensure they’re ready to ship as soon as possible. I ship via USPS, which typically takes 3-6 days to reach most US destinations (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Returns & Exchange

I want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, I gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused, unworn pieces within 30 days of purchase. Just get in touch with me within 7 days of receiving your order to start the process.

Please note:

• Jewelry must be returned in its original condition.

• Clearance, customized, worn, altered, or resized items can’t be returned.

You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs, which aren’t refundable. Once I receive your piece, I’ll process your refund within 4-5 days or arrange an exchange (this may take up to 10 days if the item needs to be created).

Jewelry Care

• Gold-Filled Jewelry: Gold-filled pieces rarely tarnish but can accumulate oils and residue from normal wear. Clean with mild soapy water and a soft cloth to keep them shining beautifully.

• General Care: Always put jewelry on after lotions, perfumes, or hairspray—“Last on, First off!”

• Sterling Silver: Use a non-abrasive silver polishing cloth to remove tarnish. Avoid dip cleaners on pearls or gemstones.

• Vermeil: Store separately in a soft pouch to avoid scratches. Avoid chlorine and clean with a soft cloth using mild soap or jewelry cleanser.

• Bronze: Polish tarnished bronze with a polishing cloth. Follow the “Last on, First off” rule for better longevity.
